About the Largemouth Bass
The most popular sport fish in the United States, supporting a huge recreational fishing industry. Its upper jaw extends past the rear of its eye. An ambush predator of weedy shallows. The world record caught in Georgia in 1932 stood alone for decades. Introduced widely around the world.
