About the Red Lionfish

One of the most destructive invasive species in the Atlantic. A single female produces 2 million eggs per year. Venomous spines deter all predators. Can expand their stomach 30x to swallow prey half their size. Native to Indo-Pacific but now devastating Caribbean reefs.
